A few days in paradise
We're getting married on the south-west coast of Sri Lanka in the week commencing Monday 27 September 2027. It will be a 3 day celebration.
We know international travel takes some organising, so we're giving you as much notice as possible. Full invitations with all the details are coming later this year. For now: mark the week, tell your boss, and get excited.

Where on the south-west coast of Sri Lanka?
All details will be updated here as we continue organising the wedding, and will be in the formal invitation.
Should I book flights now?
Hold off until we confirm dates and venue. We'll give you plenty of notice. That said, late September to Sri Lanka is a great time to go.
What's the weather like?
Late September is the tail end of the southwest monsoon — warm (around 28–30°C), humid, with the occasional shower. Nothing like peak monsoon season. Light, breathable clothing is the way to go.
Do I need a visa?
Most nationalities need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before arriving in Sri Lanka. It's straightforward to apply online at eta.gov.lk. Worth sorting well in advance.
